Diversity, Equality, Inclusion and Accessibility Statement

ePAQ® was developed by the NHS, as a universal service designed to deliver care appropriate to each individual while reflecting their needs, preferences, concerns, and personal goals. Our questionnaires allow patients to record these directly and include an anonymous Friends and Family question so patients can provide feedback on their care without identifying themselves. We therefore place the principles of diversity, equality, inclusion, and accessibility (DEI&A) at the heart of everything we do.

As a UK‑based company working in partnership with NHS trusts and health systems, we are committed to upholding the standards of the Equality Act 2010 and the NHS Equality Delivery framework. We aim to build a workforce that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve and to foster a culture that is inclusive, respectful, and supportive for all staff.

Operating in healthcare gives us the privilege of working with people from all walks of life. We value the perspectives and ideas of our partners, clinicians, and patients, and use these insights to ensure our solutions are representative and accessible to everyone. Examples include functionality to support patients who are not IT‑literate and translation of ePAQ® for non‑English speakers.

ePAQ® provides intelligent, accessible, and validated questionnaires, designed collaboratively by clinicians and patients and recognised by the Plain English Campaign for clarity (including the Crystal Mark for ePAQ‑PO).
